Uniform & Example
The Fallschirmjager in this photograph show a selection of Uniform and Equipment representing three different Theatres of Operation. The FJ on the left of the picture represents the Italian Campaign and this Jager is wearing a K98 equipment set. The NCO in the centre is wearing Uniform and Equipment typical of Operation Merkur in Crete in 1941 and carries an MP40 and a NCO issue equipment set. The FJ on the right wears typical Normandy Uniform and carries the ubiquitous FG42.
While Initial Kit Purchase can seem expensive, we in Heaven And Hell pride ourselves on the quality and accuracy of our kit. We do not accept substandard impressions and proper purchase will save money in the long run as the cheaper items DO NOT LAST.
Wearing of Awards and Medals.
There is a strict Awards Criteria within the group which can be found in the Manual. No member of the group is permitted to wear the Fallschirmshutzabzeichen (FJ Jump Badge) without having completed at least one solo parachute jump - evidence must be provided by prospective members to this effect.
